Job summary

Blue-Grace Logistics LLC seeks a business liaison to bridge stakeholders and the development team for implementing client requirements and integrations with our BlueShip TMS. You will conduct current-state assessments, analyze gaps, and support developers with functional clarity while managing change and end-user transitions.

The role requires strong communication, ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, and a solid understanding of the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive or Copilot) required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proactive in identifying risks and participating in mitigation plans.
• Experience liaising between business stakeholders and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and development team to implement and support client requirements and integrations with our transportation management system—BlueShip.
• Conducts current state assessments of business processes and supporting systems.
• Performs gap and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Supports developers with functional clarification and stakeholder expectations.
• Identifies, documents, and helps manage change; transitions delivered solution to end users.
• Authors design artifacts such as functional specs, wireframes, use cases, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams.
• Contributes to IT strategy, governance, and design of solutions.
• Documents, socializes, and triages issues, defects, and enhancement requests.
• Reviews enhancement requests, test plans, and user guides; supports capability discovery and roadmaps.
• Plans and executes test plans and test cases to ensure solution quality.
