Job summary

Blue-Grace Logistics LLC seeks a business liaison to bridge stakeholders and the development team for implementing client requirements and integrations with our BlueShip TMS. You will conduct current-state assessments, analyze gaps, and support developers with functional clarity while managing change and end-user transitions.

The role requires strong communication, ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, and a solid understanding of the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Reviews enhancement requests, test plans, and user guides; supports capability discovery and roadmaps.

This role is responsible for serving as the business liaison between the business stakeholders and development team to implement and support client requirements and integrations with our proprietary transportation management system—BlueShip.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Conducts current state assessments of business processes and supporting systems
• Performs gap and data analysis in support of identifying improvement opportunities
• Supports developers by providing functional clarification and setting expectations with team and stakeholders
• Identifies, documents, and assists in managing change; transitions delivered solution to end users
• Authors and creates design artifacts such as functional design specifications, low fidelity wireframes, use cases, user personas, data dictionaries, process and data flow diagrams
• Contributes to the strategy, governance, and design of IT solutions
• Documents, socializes, and triages issues, defects, and enhancement requests
• Reviews enhancement requests, test plans and cases, user guides, capability discovery and delivery roadmaps
• Plans and executes test plans and test cases; ensure overall quality of solution is preferred

Qualifications:

• Experienced with one (1) or more of the following solutions, required: Microsoft 365; (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, or Copilot), Custom Application Development, Data analytics, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Visio or other project management tools, preferred, Figma, or other prototyping and interface design tools, preferred
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Ability to proactively identify risks and participate in the mitigation plan
• Ability to solve problems, identify solutions, and appropriately escape issues
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Excels at operating in a fast-paced technical environment
