Job summary

Beyond Feedback is seeking a full-time IT Systems Administrator to maintain the health and security of our core business systems. You will automate tasks with Python, integrate APIs, and support Salesforce and SOC 2 compliance, all while keeping systems reliable and audit-ready.

You’ll work primarily remote with on-site days, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure uptime and data protection as we scale toward 2035 goals. Strong scripting and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in IT/CS.
• 3–5 years in systems administration or related role.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with TypeScript for full-stack development.
• Experience building and consuming APIs between systems.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce administration and fixes.
• Understanding SOC 2 security and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day health and performance of core business systems.
• Monitor systems proactively to catch issues early.
• Manage IT support tickets and vendor escalations.
• Be primary break/fix resource for Salesforce and other systems.
• Design and maintain APIs/integrations for secure data movement.
• Write Python scripts to support automation and maintenance.
• Maintain data security controls and SOC 2 compliance readiness.
• Document systems and processes for continuity and audits.
