Job summary

Intent Clinical is seeking an IT Systems Specialist to own the day-to-day technology backbone for a remote, nationwide team. This role provides front-line IT support and serves as the primary administrator of CRM (Salesforce), EMR, and other systems that power service delivery and business development.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will design workflows, automation, and security controls while translating technical concepts for non-technical staff, supporting SOC 2/HITRUST/HIPAA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years IT experience with responsibility for support, infrastructure, security and compliance.
• 2+ years experience with CRM (Salesforce) preferred.
• Experience implementing and maintaining compliant systems (SOC 2, HITRUST, HIPAA) in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Demonstrated interest and experience with AI tools in a professional setting.
• Strong experience with cloud-based systems, endpoint management, and SaaS platform administration.
• Exceptional judgment around data privacy and security protocols.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong communication with non-technical staff.
• Highly self-directed and able to collaborate with vendors and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for a remote, nationwide team.
• Administer CRM, EMR, and other systems powering service delivery and growth.
• Design and implement workflows, automations, and configurations to scale the business.
• Identify recurring issues and implement fixes or self-service tools.
• Support Salesforce operations with dashboards and workflows.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI and drive best practices as adoption scales.
• Support SOC 2, HITRUST and HIPAA compliance across systems and devices.
• Conduct staff training to foster a culture of compliance.
• Maintain onboarding/offboarding protocols and device management standards.
