Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience supporting system integrations, data flows, and application behavior.
• Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze approved business requirements and workflows with BA/PO.
• Translate requirements into detailed system specifications and tasks.
• Document system behavior, data mappings, and non-functional considerations.
• Identify technical impacts and dependencies, providing recommendations.
• Maintain traceability from requirements through testing and delivery.
• Support backlog readiness by clarifying dependencies and risks.
• Provide input into LOE and planning by assessing complexity.
• Validate delivered behavior against requirements and assist in defect triage.
• Create technical documentation including TDD and release notes.
• Lead SSO configurations and client onboarding activities.
• Coordinate client implementation configurations and cutover.
• Provide post-implementation support for transition.
