Sedgwick is seeking an IT Systems Analyst Specialist Sr to lead technical analysis for client implementations and large projects. You will translate business needs into detailed technical specs, document system behavior, and guide cross-functional teams through design, testing, and deployment.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS/Engineering and at least five years of related experience in agile or hybrid environments, with strong skills in APIs, data flows, and technical

Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Experience supporting system integrations and data flows.
Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis for implementations and large multi-line projects.
Translate requirements into technical specifications and tasks.
Document system behavior, data mappings, interfaces and non-functional considerations.
Maintain requirements traceability from business to design and testing.
Support backlog readiness with understanding of dependencies and impacts.
Provide input into planning with assessment of complexity and risk.
Validate delivered behavior against requirements and assist with defect triage.
Create and maintain technical design and release documentation.
Lead SSO onboarding, configuration and deployment activities.
Coordinate client configuration conversations and production readiness.
