Job summary

FreshEdge is seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware, with a strong focus on Windows desktop support.

You will troubleshoot issues, assist users on-site and remotely, and collaborate with vendors to resolve tickets while maintaining Microsoft 365 administration and essential business apps.

The position offers Monday–Friday hours, competitive hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits including health, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience and IT certifications.
• At least 1 year Windows Desktop experience, IT Support, or a similar role.
• At least 1 year experience with Microsoft 365 administration or equivalent.
• Experience working and supporting users via ticketing systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ConnectWise Suite, ERP systems, Zebra hardware, and introductory IT certifications (Comp TIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to appropriate team members as needed.
• Install, modify, and repair hardware and software; set up devices for users.
• Reset credentials for email, computers, ERP systems, and other applications.
• Assist users on-site and via remote connections.
