Job summary

LCS is seeking a systems-focused professional to implement, maintain, and optimize business systems across the organization. You’ll act as a subject matter expert and consultant, driving patterns, root-cause analysis, and sustainable solutions that prevent recurring issues.

You’ll partner with users and tech teams to improve reliability, enable data-driven decisions, and explore automation and AI-enabled capabilities, reporting, and process improvements. Travel 0-10% may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4-6 years of related experience with business systems and reliability improvements preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and root-cause problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, dashboards, SQL, or similar data capabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with automation concepts and AI-enabled tools; good communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and strategic consultant by analyzing, configuring, and improving complex business systems.
• Partner with users and stakeholders to gather needs and recommend solutions enhancing functionality and data quality.
• Provide proactive technical support, root-cause analysis, and durable remediation plans to reduce incidents.
• Design and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Use data, dashboards, and system metrics to monitor performance and guide decisions.
• Lead system testing, including test plans and user acceptance testing.
