Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories is seeking an IT Administrator to join our Fort Worth team. This full-time associate role focuses on delivering secure, scalable IT operations across offices, warehouses, and remote sites.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of IT support or sys admin experience, strong Windows/macOS/M365 skills, and hands-on intune/Entra ID expertise. On-site work supports hybrid collaboration and corporate IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years IT support or systems administration experience.
• Strong experience with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Tier 2/3 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and IoT devices.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Windows/macOS/mobile devices via endpoint management platforms.
• Manage OS patching, device compliance, and software deployment.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve reliability and reduce manual effort.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and identity through Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and identity governance workflows.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and network diagrams.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
