Job summary

EyeQ Monitoring, based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an IT Support Administrator to keep our technology running smoothly across the organization. You will handle Tier 1 support, manage Microsoft 365 and Zoho, and collaborate with our MSP and Director of Systems to strengthen security and processes.

This in-office role requires hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking, with a focus on reliable service delivery and user support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IT Administrator or similar IT support role.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN/VPN/VLAN/Firewall).
• Experience with UniFi networking equipment.
• Experience with Zoho Desk or other ticketing platforms.
• Experience working with a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage Zoho Desk tickets by impact and priority.
• Liaise with MSP for Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalations.
• Troubleshoot office technology including printers, monitors, and conference room gear.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and user management.
• Support Zoho applications and other business-critical software.
• Onboard and offboard employees with hardware provisioning and access management.
• Maintain least-privilege security practices.
