Job summary

Enterprise Solutions LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator to maintain on-prem and cloud infrastructure, including Windows Server, AD, and VMware/Hyper-V, with a focus on stability, security, and scalability. You will manage Egnyte, Procore, Intune and Autopilot, work with the IT Services Manager and MSP, and contribute to documentation and security policy adherence.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in systems administration or a senior IT support role.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP and virtualization.
Experience with Intune and Autopilot; JAMF and iOS device management.
Familiarity with Fortigate firewalls, VPN and email security tools like Proofpoint.
Experience with cloud/file platforms like Egnyte/Procore is a plus.
Proven ability to document work and follow ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

Maintain Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP and VMware/Hyper-V environments.
Run Egnyte, Procore, Intune and Autopilot with proper permissions and structure.
Manage Fortigate firewalls and VPN access; enforce security policies.
Resolve infrastructure issues escalated from the service desk with the IT Services Manager.
Contribute to upgrades, audits and technical documentation.
