Job summary

ALO is seeking a Systems Engineer to manage and maintain our public cloud infrastructure and on-premises systems. You’ll ensure stability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure across Windows/Linux environments, Azure, and VMware platforms.

The role covers backup, storage, patch management, and support for Microsoft 365 services. 5+ years of infra experience and strong collaboration skills are required, based in Beverly Hills, CA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
• Solid Linux and Windows server administration.
• Experience with backup, recovery, and storage management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers.
• Manage virtualized infra across Azure, Azure Stack HCI, and VMware.
• Support Azure services including Azure Arc and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Manage storage solutions (NAS, SAN, Azure Files).
• Administer backup and recovery to ensure data protection.
• Support Microsoft 365 services and collaboration tools.
• Manage access, identity, and security standards.
• Assist with patch management and network basics.
• Develop automation scripts with PowerShell; IaC with Terraform/Bicep.
• Document configurations and procedures; coordinate with vendors.
