Job summary

Credence is seeking a Systems Administrator to support and secure our enterprise IT environment spanning Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS and Google Cloud. The role covers admin tasks, endpoint management, identity access and Tier II escalation for a hybrid workforce within federal contractor compliance.

Responsibilities include patching, configuration, vulnerability remediation, email security tooling, scripting automation, and on-call rotation. U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of systems administration with a security-focused approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience with Defender, Sentinel, Proofpoint and Nessus or similar tools.
• Strong scripting in PowerShell and/or Python.
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux server admin basics.
• Backup, disaster recovery and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Administer and secure enterprise IT environment across cloud and endpoints.
• Manage identity and access using AD, Entra ID and Group Policy; enforce least privilege.
• Monitor security alerts and perform vulnerability remediation; support audits (CMMC/SOC 2).
• Develop automation scripts in PowerShell/Python to reduce manual tasks.
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning, documentation and knowledge base.
