Job summary

Neuralink is seeking a hands-on IT Systems Administrator to own the day-to-day technology experience for every employee. You will support macOS, Windows, and Linux, manage MDM and IAM, enforce security policies, and provide front-line technical support across a diverse user base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of expert-level end-user support across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments, ideally in a tier-1 rotation.
• Hands-on experience administering at least one enterprise MDM platform (Jamf, Intune, or Kandji).
• Experience administering an enterprise IDP/IAM platform (Microsoft Entra, Okta, or Google Workspace) including SSO, MFA, and access reviews.
• Experience implementing and enforcing security policies across endpoints and SaaS applications, with HIPAA/PII knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert end-user support across macOS, Windows, and Linux in a tier-1 rotation.
• Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint devices using MDM platforms.
• Manage IDP/IAM systems and user lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding.
• Implement and enforce security policies across endpoints and SaaS apps.
• Administer SaaS apps such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom.
• Perform L1-L2 network troubleshooting including connectivity and VLANs.
• Manage endpoint hardware inventory and lifecycle tracking.
• Develop automation using scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Ensure HIPAA/PII compliance and access controls.
• Create and maintain system/process documentation.
