Job summary

Nakupuna Solutions is hiring a System Administrator, macOS, to install, configure, and support enterprise macOS systems across multiple environments including DREN, NIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS, and more.

The role requires 3+ years of macOS endpoint support, strong security and patch management, and hands-on MDM experience with Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle, Intune or Workspace ONE. A U.S. citizen with an active clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of desktop or endpoint support with macOS focus.
• Required certifications such as Security+ CE or ACSP/ACITP.
• Other certifications such as Jamf, CompTIA A+/Network+, CISA, CCNP Security, etc.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure current and legacy macOS systems per policy.
• Monitor performance and availability of enterprise endpoints.
• Apply OS and security patches to maintain compliance.
• Manage ABM/ASM/ADE/MDM platforms (Jamf Pro, Kandji, Mosyle, Intune, Workspace ONE).
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for macOS hardware and software issues.
• Coordinate with NEC/NOC and IAM teams as required.
