Neuralink is seeking a hands-on IT Systems Administrator to own the day-to-day technology experience for all employees. You will manage endpoints, IAM, security policy enforcement, and frontline support across macOS, Windows, and Linux in a fast-paced environment.

You will deploy and manage devices with MDM tools (Jamf, Intune, Kandji), handle IDP/IAM platforms, and ensure HIPAA/PII compliance while enabling productive workflows across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience providing expert end-user support across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience administering at least one enterprise MDM platform (Jamf, Intune, or Kandji) at scale.
• Experience administering enterprise IDP/IAM platforms (Microsoft Entra, Okta, or Google Workspace) including SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management.
• Experience implementing security policies across endpoints and SaaS apps with HIPAA/PII awareness.
• Comfort supporting a diverse user base including non-technical colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert end-user technical support across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments as part of a tier-1 support rotation.
• Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint devices using MDM platforms including application deployment and policy enforcement.
• Administer identity providers and IAM systems including user lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding.
• Implement and enforce security policies across endpoints, SaaS apps, and corporate systems; conduct regular audits and remediation.
• Administer and maintain SaaS apps such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other business-critical tools.
• Perform L1/L2 network troubleshooting including connectivity issues and VLANs.
• Manage endpoint hardware inventory and lifecycle tracking.
• Develop automation tooling using Bash, Python, PowerShell.
• Ensure HIPAA/PII compliance through robust endpoint and access controls.
• Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
