Job summary

Onni Properties (Chicago) Inc is seeking an IT Systems Administrator (Tier 2) to deliver high-quality internal and client IT support. You will own escalations, manage tickets end-to-end, and collaborate with Tier 3 and Security teams.

Ideal candidates bring 4–7 years in IT support (MSP preferred), strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and solid communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–7 years in IT support with proven Tier 2 troubleshooting capability (MSP experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID identity concepts, and network fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 1&2 incidents end-to-end with ownership, communication, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, macOS endpoints, laptops, printers, and remote access tools.
• Provide Microsoft 365 support, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, and licensing administration.
• Manage Active Directory and Entra ID, including MFA resets and onboarding/offboarding.
