Job summary

EyeHealth Northwest is seeking a Systems Tech to manage day-to-day Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID in a large medical practice with multiple locations. You will lead AD forest/domain administration, configure Exchange Online mailboxes, and support hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

The role collaborates with IT staff, resolves complex issues, and helps implement infrastructure improvements with the IT Director and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT. 2+ years of IT systems engineering/administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, AD, and hybrid cloud setups.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Maintain Exchange Online mailboxes and distribution groups; support hybrid environment.
