Job summary

Onni seeks an IT Systems Administrator (Tier 2) to deliver high-quality technical support for internal users and managed services clients. You will own escalations from Tier 1, resolve tickets end-to-end, and collaborate with Tier 3 and other teams.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in IT support with Tier 2 troubleshooting, strong Windows 10/11 and M365 knowledge, and solid customer service and documentation skills. Onni offers a collaborative culture and team-building events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in IT/CS or related field.
• 4–7 years in IT support with Tier 2 troubleshooting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, and network fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 1&2 incidents end-to-end with ownership and documentation.
• Troubleshoot endpoints (Windows, macOS), peripherals, printers, and remote access tools.
• Support Exchange Online basics, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, and licensing/User administration.
• Assist with Active Directory/Entra ID identity management, MFA resets, and sign-in issues.
• Handle DNS/DHCP, VPN, firewalls, switches, Wi‑Fi, and basic routing.
