Job summary

The Centers is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join our on-site Information Technology team in Cleveland. You will manage Azure, Microsoft 365, AD, and network infrastructure while supporting telephony and end-user devices.

Required are 3+ years in systems administration and a relevant associate degree or equivalent experience. You will automate routines, document configurations, and lead projects with a security-first mindset.

Qualifications

Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
3+ years of experience in systems administration or related IT role.
Familiarity with HIPAA privacy and security requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain and administer physical and virtual servers, workstations, firewalls, and wired/wireless networks across OSI layers 1–7.
Support and manage telephony environments (POTS, PBX, VoIP).
Administer Azure and Microsoft 365 environments; manage Active Directory and Group Policy for security and reliability.
Escalate and resolve complex issues with help desk and vendors to ensure timely resolution.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks with scripting and automation tooling.
Document system configurations, monitor performance, and maintain knowledge repositories.
Lead and contribute to system implementations and enhancements aligning with agency priorities.
Establish and enforce standards for security and administration of all system components.
