Job summary

White Bird Clinic is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support Windows, Azure, and cloud infrastructures. You will troubleshoot, onboard/offboard users, monitor systems, and lead security/compliance efforts while balancing usability and cost.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT, strong AD/Entra ID and Office 365 skills, and experience with VoIP and multi-site networks. This on-site role offers solid benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience supporting computers and servers in a Windows environment.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Office 365 with security best practices.
• Experience with cloud VoIP systems, Polycom phones, and soft phone apps.
• Experience building IP multi-site wired/wireless networks with firewalls, switches, VPNs.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2 awareness.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex issues across workstations, servers, networks, and cloud systems.
• Onboard new users and offboard departing users per policy.
• Monitor and optimize server, workstation, network, and cloud performance.
