Job summary

Onni is hiring an IT Systems Administrator (Tier 2) to deliver high-quality technical support for internal users and managed services clients. You will own escalations, manage tickets end-to-end, and collaborate with Tier 3 and centralized services.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in IT support (MSP preferred), strong Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID knowledge, and solid communication skills. Onni offers growth and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in IT support (MSP preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID and network fundamentals.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 1 & 2 incidents end-to-end, with ownership and documentation.
• Troubleshoot Windows/macOS endpoints, peripherals, printers, and remote access tools.
• Provide Microsoft 365 support: Exchange Online basics, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive access and licensing.
• Handle Active Directory/Entra ID identity tasks, MFA resets, onboarding/offboarding.
• Perform basic server troubleshooting and patching impacts; manage alerts across systems.
• Support mobile devices, meeting room equipment, and IP-based/IoT systems; coordinate escalations.
• Maintain ticket hygiene in PSA with clear notes and closures; contribute to KB/SOP.
