Job summary

Onni Group - Integrations is seeking an IT Systems Administrator (Tier 2) to deliver high-quality support for internal users and managed services clients from our Seattle office. You will own incidents end-to-end, troubleshoot across Windows/Mac endpoints, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, and network basics, and coordinate with Tier 3 and vendors.

The role requires 4–7 years in IT support (MSP experience preferred), strong communication, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–7 years in IT support with proven Tier 2 troubleshooting capability.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, and network fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents end-to-end with ownership and documentation.
• Troubleshoot Windows/macOS endpoints, devices, printers, and remote access tools.
• Provide Microsoft 365/Teams support, SharePoint/OneDrive issues, and licensing/admin tasks.
• Coordinate with Tier 3 and vendors for escalations; maintain KB/SOPs.
