The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of IT experience, strong knowledge of networking technologies, and excellent communication skills. This position may require occasional travel within the US and to the UK.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant IT experience.
• Experience with configuring, installation, setup and troubleshooting machines (Desktop and laptop).
• Familiarity with mobile device technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain core SaaS based infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and maintain documentation.
• Administer servers and manage virtual environments.
