Job summary

AEG Presents is seeking a Systems Engineer to support and maintain our IT infrastructure with a focus on SaaS applications such as Office 365, AWS, Google Workspace, Slack, and Teams. You will provide Tier 2 technical support and collaborate with teams to implement modern IT solutions.

The role includes endpoint management using JAMF and Intune, AV conferencing support, and system documentation. Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience is required, along with 2–4 years in IT and relevant

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree (or equivalent work experience) in a related field.
• 2–4 years in IT with SaaS/applications experience.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Active Directory.
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python).
• Experience with JAMF or Intune/MDM solutions.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 IT support for SaaS applications (Office 365, AWS, Google Workspace, Slack, Teams, Jamf, Intune).
• Maintain and secure cloud and on‑prem infrastructure; perform updates and patches.
• Assist in cloud provisioning and configuration, and ensure compliance and security standards.
• Support integration between SaaS apps and other IT systems; troubleshoot data flows.
• Manage endpoint configurations and AV conferencing systems; document procedures.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and other IT teams on deployments and upgrades.
