Job summary

AEG Presents seeks a Systems Engineer to maintain and secure our IT infrastructure, with a focus on SaaS apps like Office 365, AWS, Google Workspace, Slack, and Teams. You will provide Tier 2 support and work with cross-functional teams to keep systems running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on experience with IAM, JAMF, Intune, AD, cloud platforms, and AV conferencing. You will document configurations, support incident response, and participate in upgrades while staying current with security

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2-4 years of IT experience.
• Experience in Office 365.
• Proficiency in Active Directory.
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python).
• Hands-on with MDM solutions like JAMF or Intune.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of IAM, encryption and vulnerability concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Certifications such as ITIL V4, JAMF, or Azure are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Saas Application Support: administer and support SaaS apps (Office 365, AWS, Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox, Teams, Jamf, Intune).
• System Maintenance: perform updates/patches on servers and cloud systems.
• Cloud System Support: provisioning and configuring cloud-based systems.
• Business Application Integration: ensure data flow between SaaS apps and IT systems.
• Endpoint Management: manage user endpoints with JAMF and Intune.
• AV Conferencing Support: provide Tier 2 AV setup and troubleshooting.
• Documentation: maintain accurate system configuration docs and incident reports.
• Collaboration: work with senior engineers and other IT teams on upgrades.
• Continuous Learning: stay current with trends and best practices.
