Job summary

AEG Presents is seeking a Systems Engineer to support and maintain our IT infrastructure with a focus on SaaS applications like Office 365, AWS, Google Workspace, Slack, and more. You will provide Tier 2 technical support and collaborate across teams to implement modern IT solutions.

The role includes endpoint management with JAMF/Intune, AV conferencing support, and documentation of configurations. Candidates should have 2–4 years of IT experience and strong knowledge of security principles.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field required.
• 2-4 years IT experience.
• Experience with Office 365.
• Proficiency in Active Directory.
• Scripting basics: PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with JAMF or Intune.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux servers.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and SaaS.
• Understanding of security concepts like IAM and encryption.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for SaaS applications and IT systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on servers, operating systems, and cloud-based systems.
• Configure and provision cloud-based systems and automate workflows.
• Integrate SaaS apps with other IT systems and troubleshoot integrations.
• Manage endpoint devices via JAMF and Intune, ensuring security compliance.
• Provide AV conferencing system support and incident resolution.
• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and IT teams on upgrades and new tech.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
