Job summary

AEG Presents is seeking a Systems Engineer to support and maintain IT infrastructure with a focus on SaaS applications such as Office 365, AWS, Google Workspace, Slack, and Teams. The role emphasizes secure, efficient operations and Tier 2 technical support across teams.

Responsibilities include system maintenance, cloud provisioning, app integration, endpoint management (JAMF/Intune), and AV conferencing support. Strong scripting and security knowledge are required; certifications welcomed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years IT experience.
• Experience with Office 365 and AD.
• Scripting knowledge: PowerShell, Python.
• MDM experience with JAMF or Intune.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Understanding of identity and access management and security principles.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide SaaS application support (Office 365, AWS, Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox, Teams).
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patches.
• Assist in provisioning and configuring cloud systems.
• Support integration between SaaS apps and other IT systems.
• Manage user endpoints and MDM (JAMF, Intune).
• Provide Tier 2 AV conferencing support and room systems troubleshooting.
• Document configurations and procedures; produce regular system performance reports.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and IT teams; participate in tech upgrades.
• Stay updated on IT trends and best practices.
