Phillips 66 is seeking an Associate IV, System Administration to support everyday technology services for business users across Bayway Refinery, Midstream, Lubricants and Remote East locations. You will perform data entry, manage files, and provide courteous IT assistance while learning from local and remote IT partners.

You will troubleshoot routine hardware/software issues, operate IT equipment, and maintain documentation with guidance.

Formación

• 1+ years of IT experience
• Willing to obtain TWIC
• Able to participate in after-hours call-out schedule
• Capable of safely operating a vehicle around refinery equipment

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine data entry and data collection using company systems.
• Support data management, filing, and documentation activities.
• Provide courteous, day-to-day IT assistance to internal users and escalate issues as needed.
• Troubleshoot routine hardware, software, and system issues for desktops and phones.
• Operate basic IT equipment and assist with hardware refresh tasks.
• Maintain clear documentation of supported systems and tasks.
