Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with infrastructure support.
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• 2+ years of ITIL principles knowledge across Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Knowledge, and Service Level Management.
• Beginner proficiency in interpreting operational metrics and delivering data‑driven recommendations.
• Intermediate written and verbal communication with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Partner with incident managers and teams to assess impact and response level.
• Coordinate lifecycle of problem records from identification to closure.
• Identify recurring incidents and systemic weaknesses across incidents and changes.
• Participate in on‑call or major‑incident rotations as required.
• Review production change requests in ServiceNow for completeness, risk, timing, testing, implementation, validation, and backout planning.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board reviews and document decisions and follow‑ups.
• Provide guidance to change requestors on planning and operational readiness.
• Identify change‑related trends and issues with incidents and documentation.
• Maintain process documentation, templates, dashboards, and knowledge articles for audits and evidence requests.
• Contribute to training and onboarding for IT teams on Problem and Change Management and ServiceNow practices.
