Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking an Associate, Warehouse Technician II in Texas to support midstream operations. You will manage daily logistics, inventory control, and supply chain activities across facilities, ensuring accurate receiving, kitting, staging, and delivery of materials in SAP.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, material transfers, maintaining 98%+ inventory accuracy, and coordinating shipments via company vehicles. Overtime and safety compliance are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industrial warehousing, material coordination, and logistics experience.
• Proficiency with SAP and inventory transactions is preferred.
• Ability to operate safely in an industrial warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities and documentation, cross-reference part numbers, and complete receipts in SAP.
• Issue materials using established controls and execute front-end and back-end SAP inventory transactions.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and bin/location audits to research and resolve discrepancies while maintaining a 98%+ inventory accuracy target.
• Pull, kit, label, and stage materials for scheduled maintenance work orders, including forecasts, pack lists, and SAP paperwork.
• Maintain warehouse organization, slotting efficiency, and general housekeeping standards.
• Monitor SAP minimum/maximum stock replenishment levels for consumables and maintenance materials.
• Deliver staged kits to nearby facilities using company vehicles and secure trailer loads for transport.
