What to Expect:
This Instrumentation & Electrical Technician will be based out of Marysville, MI and is primarily responsible for the safe operations and maintenance of Company assets located in and around the geographic area. This Technician is responsible for repairs, maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of complex instrument and electrical control systems including PLC’s, DCS, SCADA system, Burner Management Systems. This position will also serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist in maintenance and troubleshooting of other critical instrumentation and equipment throughout the facility. Provides leadership and mentors the Maintenance craft personnel throughout the asset. Manages projects, develops cost estimates, and oversees contract personnel as required.
Ability to frequently lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
Ability to occasionally exert pulling force of 100 pounds
Ability to periodically pull/push doors open to move around the gas plant
Ability to regularly stoop, squat, kneel and crouch for durations up to 30 minutes
Ability to climb A-frame ladders
Ability to operate both indoors and outdoors in conditions that include inclement weather, heat, and humidity
Wear fire retardant clothing and personal protective equipment items including but not limited to steel-toe shoes, eye and ear protection, and fall protection

This position has a base salary range of $75,510 - $122,980.
The Phillips 66 Midstream business is a safe, reliable, and trusted provider for the movement, storage, gathering, and processing of liquid or gas energy via pipelines or terminals.
