Position Overview

The IT Surfacing Specialist is responsible for ensuring that outgoing ITequipment meets visual quality control standards. This includes ensuring product cleanliness andperforming resurfacing when necessary. This role is essential for maintaining the high-qualitystandards of our refurbished products.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect outgoing IT equipment to ensure it meets visual quality control standards.
• Clean and polish equipment to ensure it is free of dust, smudges, and other imperfections.
• Perform resurfacing tasks as needed to restore the appearance of IT equipment.
• Document the condition and any resurfacing work performed on each item.
• Collaborate with the repair and refurbishment teams to ensure consistent quality standards.
