IT Inventory Specialist / Warehouse Assistant

Position Overview: The IT Inventory Specialist / Warehouse Assistant will be responsible forreceiving used electronics, sorting them, and ensuring they are taken to their appropriatedestinations in the warehouse. Maintaining organization systems on-site and in the softwareup-to-date is paramount in this position. This role is critical for the efficient operation of ourrefurbishment process and overall warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming used electronics, ensuring they are accurately logged intothe inventory system.
• Sort electronics and allocate them to the correct areas within the warehouse based ontheir condition and refurbishment needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using inventory managementsoftware.
• Organize and manage the warehouse layout to ensure efficient use of space and easyaccess to inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages to the management team.
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of warehouse safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective inventorymanagement.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy and condition of stock.
• Assist in packing and preparing items for shipment as needed.
• Provide support for other warehouse-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in inventorymanagement or logistics is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or arelated role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and other relevant computerapplications.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
