Job summary

The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and ability to train staff. You will support executives and staff, troubleshoot a wide range of technologies, and publish clear documentation for end users.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science.
• High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years IT experience.
• Experience supporting AD, MS Office, Exchange, VOIP, and mobile devices.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to provide staff training and publish support documentation.
• Comfortable supporting executives and board members.

Responsibilities

• Resolve end user issues and requests in a timely manner; escalate when needed.
• Troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, access and security problems.
• Support PCs, servers, printers, network equipment, phone system and mobile devices.
• Manage Active Directory user accounts, passwords, and groups.
• Provide IT training and publish helpful documentation.
• Discuss, diagnose, and correct issues with end users.
• Work with staff to analyze hardware/software needs and deliver solutions.
