Job summary

wynwood tech LLC is seeking IT Support Technicians for a leading US technology company. These are long-term contracting roles based in South Carolina with 100% remote options and flexible full-time or part-time capacity, starting ASAP and aligned to Eastern Time.

Ideal candidates will bring practical IT support experience, hardware installation (Dell, HPE), VPN/network troubleshooting, VMware virtualization, backup solutions, and solid documentation. Excellent English required.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support / on-site technical support, including remote hands and incident response.
• Experience with server and rack hardware installation (Dell or HPE) and UPS installation.
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting, ideally Aruba networking and Sophos firewalls.
• Experience supporting Lenovo/HP notebooks, printer setup and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with VMware virtualization and backup solutions (Veeam), with SLA readiness.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in IT support / on-site technical support, including remote hands, incident response, workstation rollouts, and relocations.
• Experience with server and rack hardware installation, especially Dell or HPE, as well as UPS installation, cabling, and connectivity testing.
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting, ideally with HPE Aruba networking and Sophos firewalls.
• Experience supporting Lenovo / HP clients and notebooks, printer setup, and peripheral troubleshooting.
