BuzzClan seeks a Customer Support Technician to support our enterprise tech environment from the Pompano Beach center. You will handle in-person and remote support, assist with asset tracking, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT resources.

Responsibilities include configuring hardware and software, managing AD/MECM, and providing excellent service during business hours with occasional after-hours on-call and travel to remote sites.

Qualifikationen

• 0–1 year IT support experience with basic hardware, software, and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and adaptability.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
