Job summary

Spring Education Group is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide level-one IT support for our Campbell, CA environment, with on-site and remote assistance for campus and corporate users.

The role requires 2+ years in a fast-paced help desk, a related Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and strong customer service skills. Frequent campus visits are expected, with some remote work as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced help desk environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service across phone, email and in-person channels.
• Hardware upgrades and asset management experience.
• Ability to protect confidential data and maintain detail.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Experience with OS image deployment (Windows, ChromeOS, macOS, iOS).
• Experience with enterprise ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide level-one IT support on-site or remotely.
• Install, deploy, and configure computers for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve client-side IT issues (network, OS, software).
• Manage hardware assets and deployments; input tickets in ServiceNow.
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed.
• Assist other IT teams with projects and campus visits.
• Provide on-call and after-hours support when required.
• Travel to local campuses within radius; work from home when required.
