Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline technical support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and basic connectivity. You will be the first point of contact via phone, email, and client portal, delivering professional service in a collaborative MSP setting.

You'll travel to client sites as needed, work in EST hours, and grow into advanced roles alongside Systems Administrators and Engineers. We value integrity, clear communication, and high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Entry-level IT certifications preferred (A+, Network+, Google IT, Microsoft Fundamentals).
• 1–3 years in technical support, help desk, desktop support, or MSP environments preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, networking basics, and end-user devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
• Document, categorize, and prioritize tickets; follow SLA guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to Systems Administrators/Engineers as needed.
• Collaborate with IT team to resolve client issues and improve service quality.
