Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 10/11 support and device troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and Google Workspace management.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory fundamentals and identity management.
• Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and service management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 technical support via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Troubleshoot workstations, devices, networking, and business applications.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Manage service tickets per SLAs and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
