Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2–4 years in help desk/tech support.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, business apps, and computer hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills; ability to handle multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
• Install and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist users with connecting to Wi‑Fi, email, printers, and network resources.
• Create and manage user accounts and security credentials.
• Support OS, apps, updates, patches, and remote deployments on Windows devices.
• Document and manage support requests using the help desk system.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and asset management.
• Coordinate shipment, receipt, and distribution of IT equipment.
• Follow security policies and report suspected incidents.
• Provide basic guidance and training on IT procedures and cybersecurity.
