Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3+ years related experience if no degree.
• Experience with AI-assisted troubleshooting and front-line AI tool usage.
• Strong hardware, software, and network troubleshooting skills.
• Good written and verbal communication for end users.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Configure and deploy hardware and software systems.
• Provide network support for connectivity problems.
• Update technical documentation and SOPs.
• Assist in end-user training on IT systems and applications.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve routine compute issues.
• Support conference rooms and maintain IT inventory.
