Job summary

Beehive Industries in Centennial, Colorado is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide Tier I–II hardware, software, and network support across enterprise IT environments. You will help install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, and enterprise software while assisting with account management and device configuration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience providing technical support in a corporate IT environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 technologies
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Knowledge of Entra ID, Endpoint Management, and basic networking concepts
• Experience supporting mobile devices, MDM, VoIP, and telecom technologies
• Strong customer service and clear technical communication
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I–II technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot workstation, application, peripheral, and network issues.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist users with Windows, Office 365, and enterprise applications.
• Support user accounts, access requests, and endpoint configuration.
• Troubleshoot and report network issues with Systems/Infrastructure teams.
• Provide support for Entra ID, Endpoint Management, and device management technologies.
• Maintain IT asset inventory records and hardware lifecycle support.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in knowledge bases.
• Serve as contact for escalated issues and coordinate resolutions with IT teams.
• Support remote infrastructure teams with onsite hardware/user support.
• Contribute to IT process improvements and standardization.
• Provide timely communication to ensure high user satisfaction.
