Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking an IT Support Technician for our Centennial, CO facility. You will provide Tier I/II technical support across enterprise IT environments, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree? typically required with 2+ years of related IT support experience or equivalent.
• Experience providing technical support in a corporate IT environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and user connectivity issues.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, Endpoint Management, and basic networking.
• Experience supporting mobile devices, MDM, VoIP.
• Strong customer service and clear communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tickets in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and Tier II technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workstation, application, peripheral, and network-related issues.
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist users with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and enterprise software applications.
• Support user account management, access requests, and endpoint configuration activities.
• Troubleshoot and report network issues while partnering with Systems and Infrastructure teams.
• Provide support for Entra ID, Endpoint Management, and device management technologies.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory records and support hardware lifecycle management.
• Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices within IT knowledge repositories.
• Serve as a point of contact for escalated technical issues and coordinate resolution with internal IT teams.
• Support remote infrastructure teams with onsite hardware and user support.
• Assist with IT process improvements, documentation updates, and standardization efforts.
• Provide timely communication and follow-up to ensure a high level of user satisfaction.
