Job summary

AerSale is seeking an IT Support Technician II to join our Millington, TN team. You will provide Level 1–2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, and assist with Microsoft 365 issues.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, problem solving, and collaboration with IT teams to meet SLA targets and support multiple locations. You'll diagnose hardware/software/network issues, manage user accounts in Active Directory/Azure AD, support Intune and endpoint tools, and

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years IT support or help desk experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, Microsoft 365, email and application-related issues.
• Diagnose hardware, software, network, and connectivity problems.
• Support remote and onsite users across multiple locations.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier III support, engineering teams, or vendors as necessary.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the ITSM platform (e.g., Atlassian/Jira) and meet SLA targets.
