Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, or in person.
• Resolves common hardware, software and network issues.
• Guides users on routine IT queries and basic software use.
• Monitors system alerts and performs initial diagnostics.
• Coordinates new-hire IT setup with HR and manager; assists with workstation configuration.
• Keeps accurate logs of support interactions and resolutions.
• Maintains and updates knowledge base articles.
