Job summary

Dandy-Mini-Mart is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide frontline IT support at our Sayre, PA locations. You will resolve issues across workstations, printers, software, and network connectivity, and you will assist with hardware installation and peripheral setup for users.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work both independently and in a team, and occasional travel to store locations in PA and NY.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows OS, hardware and software, printers, MS Office, and LAN/WAN issues.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and network problems.
• Basic networking principles understood; telephony awareness a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to store locations in PA/NY.

Responsibilities

• Resolve routine to complex information system issues for all technology (workstations, software, printers, network, servers).
• Own and respond to queries and support tickets from business users; guide users through solutions.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software; setup peripherals and train new users.
• Evaluate technology improvements and plan hardware refresh cycles under IT manager guidance.
• Write training manuals and document new processes.
• Demonstrate professional telephone communication; work well both independently and in a team.
