Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent IT experience.
• Experience in desktop and mobile device support.
• Typically 3–5 years in corporate IT desktop support.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• ITIL Foundations or ITSM/ITIL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Perform desktop management tasks: updates, patches, imaging, inventory.
• Configure and deploy client equipment for file sharing, printing, and email.
• Manage Active Directory users and permissions.
• Maintain IT ticket notes and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with IT Managers to improve helpdesk procedures.
