Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience providing technical support in the material handling, heavy equipment, or related industry.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to support customers and dealers effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather data from several sources and present opportunities and recommendations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote assistance to dealership technicians on maintenance and repair of our equipment.
• Deliver guided diagnostic support using technical documentation and specialized tools.
• Support the resolution of complex technical challenges and escalate as needed with clear documentation.
• Recommend product improvements based on customer feedback and field data.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Training, Legal, and Warranty teams to provide technical insights and solutions.
