Job summary

ECLARO is seeking an IT Support Technician for our client in Doylestown, PA. You will bridge Level 1 desktop support with entry-level systems admin tasks, including imaging, device deployment, and user account management in Microsoft Entra ID and 365.

You will handle hardware installations, troubleshoot OS and application issues, provide onsite and remote support, and maintain security standards while documenting activities and inventory. Prior experience in education environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in IT Help Desk/Desktop Support or Technical Support.
• Imaging and deploying Windows devices.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) user management.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical skills: Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune (preferred), Imaging tools, peripherals, basic networking, ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Unbox, configure, image, and deploy desktops, laptops, tablets, and other end-user devices.
• Perform hardware installations, replacements, upgrades, and peripheral setup.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office apps, printers, and common software issues.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
• Create and manage user accounts in Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
• Assist with password resets and basic user administration.
• Support Active Directory, Entra ID, and Group Policy tasks as assigned.
• Install software, apply updates, and maintain endpoint security.
• Document requests, resolutions, and inventory using the ticketing system.
• Maintain asset inventory and equipment records.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff.
• Follow IT policies, procedures, and security best practices.
